Michal Leon

Executive and Leadership Coach – Cape Town

Michal Leon is a qualified Executive and Leadership Coach (PCC, ICF; CMP, COMENSA) and the founder of TML Coaching. She has BA in Psychology and over 25 years of experience in various managerial roles across three different contintents, including the establishment of her own business following her immigration to South Africa from Israel. (“African Home” trades in handicrafts made in local disadvantaged communities).

Drawing on personal and professional insights gained over a lifetime of executive experience and a strong belief in the possibility of creating real change, Michal founded TML Coaching in 2006. Her personal, direct coaching style utilises simple yet powerful questions and creates a safe space where limiting assumptions and behaviours are examined, challenged and transformed, allowing people to develop and thrive as leaders.

A Master SDI Facilitator and the head of TML Coaching, Michal proficiently tailors development solutions to the particular needs of each client, ensuring they are paired with the coach best suited to them.

Karen Schwartz

Alexandra Blackie

Alexandra (Alex) Blackie is a qualified Life and Executive Coach (DIPC, The Coaching Centre, Cape Town, 2008) with a Bachelor of Pharmacy (Rhodes University, 1989); an Executive Masters in Business Administration (EMBA, UCT, 2002), and extensive Brand and Marketing background – an integral aspect of which involved coaching and mentoring senior executives through the development, implementation and attainment of their personal and business visions, as Partner and Consultant in the Business of Brands Institute (BOBI).

Alex has been practicing as a coach for the last six years, dividing her time between leadership development in teams and individual coaching – clientele including executives, leadership teams and employees from Nampak, Transnet, University of Johannesburg, Nedbank, Eskom, SABS, Investec, and more.

Robert Farndell draws on his experience from the engineering industry, the IT industry, the world of banking, and from the ‘school of life’. He has worked internationally in Germany, England and at client sites in the Middle East and Eastern Europe. This exposure gave him the ability to work across multiple cultures, world-views and levels of seniority. He has deep first-hand experience in each of the three domains typically impacted by any major change within an organisation; people, process and technology.

He now combines hid passion for business success and people development through executive/business coaching and leadership development. He is an experienced workshop facilitator having delivered a number of leadership development workshops both locally and internationally.

Robert is credentialed by the International Coach Federation (ICF) as a Professional Certified Coach as is the Past President of the SA chapter of the ICF. He holds B.Sc Engineering and B.Com degrees in addition to his Coaching Diploma.
